We had always wanted to get dogs for our children. We each were lucky enough to grow up with pets and know the special bond created between children and their pets. We thought about buying a purebreed, but decided to rescue an animal that really needed our love and support. In July we brought home two puppies from the same litter. The girls named them Spirit and Midnight. They were immediatley a part of the family. They help tuck the children in at night, wake them up in the morning and play with them all day, except for nap times. We love them completely and no one cares if they are purebred.
